Sanjoy did his PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad in 1984.

Over the next 35 years, he has worked in various Sales, Marketing and CXO roles in Asian Paints, Godfrey Phillips, ITC, Colgate, Tata Sky, Bennett Coleman, McNroe.

He has also done additional training on Coaching and MBTI.

Currently, he is also associated as a Trainer and Mentor with IIMC Innovation Park, training their start-ups to grow profitably, for more than 500 of them, both rural and urban, and mentoring around 20 of them. He has also trained STPI batches, as a guest faculty. At Masflair, he will be facilitating sales and leadership capability building interventions.
