Ratul Bhaduri
Ratul is a seasoned finance professional with nearly three decades of global and regional leadership roles across FMCG, Pharma, Media, Specialty Chemicals industries. He has served as Group CFO/CFO with Sensex companies.
He has rich experience of working with true blue Global MNCs like Nestle and Daiichi-Sankyo as well as reputed Indian promoter driven companies such as Hindustan Times Group, CK Birla Group and Keva. While engaging deeply with the Board, C-suites, Investors, Analysts and marquee Investment Bankers ,Management Consultants and PE’s, Ratul has led big-ticket, complex global projects in close coordination with multi-culture international collaborators.
He is a passionate Business Co-Pilot with demonstrated ability to effectively partner businesses to create stakeholder value resulting in improved ROCE/FCF, to innovate & challenge the status-quo & galvanise cross-functional teams to deliver results even in uncertain environs. Well-versed in Change Management and Financial Best Practices, Ratul is a PwC alumnus. He is B. Com (Hons.) from Calcutta University (St Xavier’s College) and a Chartered Accountant.
