Indrajit is a senior HR leader with more than two decades of diverse industry experience and has significant international HR exposure, having managed culturally diverse teams in Indian sub-continent, South East Asia and Europe. Indrajit is the founder & managing partner at Masflair and principal consultant for organisation & people practice area. His knack of articulating HR’s sense of purpose and goals which are business driven and customer centric has widely been recognized.
In his last corporate assignment, he was the Executive Vice President & CHRO with Keva, largest Indian Fragrance, Flavour & Aroma Ingredient company, with global operations. Earlier he has worked in various HR leadership roles with Vodafone, Nitco, JK Tyres, Nilkamal and Aditya Birla Group.
He has done extensive work in the areas of HR strategy, organization change & transformation, organisation development, leadership and talent development, post M&A HR and cultural integration, performance management and HR technology. He has also headed CSR and sustainability programs and worked with various social sector organisations. Along with HR, he has also managed retail operations and quality management functions during his career, which has deepened his business insight. He is passionate about developing leaders and has been into coaching and mentoring several professionals and start up entrepreneurs and facilitated several leadership development programs.
He has addressed at various forums and conferences including SAP – People Matters conference, Silicon India- Strategic HR summit, Linkedin’s Talent Brand summit, Emerging Asia HR conference, NIPM Regional conference, and many others. He has also been associated with many prominent Business Schools as a guest faculty.
Indrajit has done his Advanced HR Strategy Executive program from Michigan University – Ross School of Business. He graduated in Economics from Calcutta University and did his MBA in HR from Jabalpur University and EPM from IIT, Bombay – SJSOM. Indrajit is a certified coaching professional from ICF. He is also certified in Thomas profiling and a certified analyst for Predictive Index (PI) by PI Worldwide. He is a trained assessor in EFQM(TQM) by CII. He is also a trained facilitator for Diversity & Inclusion programs by Vodafone Group, UK.
