Minesh enjoys pushing the boundaries and striving for the next big thing. He has worked as an entrepreneur, a sales professional, a team leader, and most recently as a recruitment specialist. He has been involved with the Fragrance and Flavour industry for over 25 years and has had the opportunity to work with some of the industry’s most prominent companies.

Minesh spearheads the Executive Search, which he has been actively engaged since 2020. He specialises in locating the right talent for Specialty Chemicals, Fragrance & Flavours, Pharmaceuticals, Food Processing, and other auxiliary industries.

Minesh holds an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai. He enjoys reading, music, and photography, but most of all he enjoys networking.
