Kanwal Kishore
Kanwal, by education, is an Engineer from IIT Roorkee and PGDM from IIM-Bangalore. He is a seasoned Supply Chain professional with more than 25 years of experience in India & Europe, across CPG and Pharma Industries. He brings with him a wealth of experience in Sourcing, Manufacturing and end-to-end Operations, from working in Corporates like Glaxo SmithKline, Wrigley, Mars and Shalina Healthcare.
His last corporate assignment was with Shalina Healthcare where he was the Managing Director (India & China Operations). Some of his roles prior to that were, Director (Supply Chain) for Mars India and Vice President (Manufacturing) with Wrigley India.
Kanwal possesses very rich experience in running multiple manufacturing locations including contract manufacturers across geographies and handling large & complex projects across 10 factories spread in India, Europe region & USA.
During his long stint at Wrigley, he was also part of the Global Sourcing team, leading Procurement of some key Raw & Packaging materials for the 22 Wrigley facilities spread globally.
Kanwal now lives in New Bombay with his family, where he consults, in the areas of Procurement, Supply chain, setting up Greenfield projects& Operational excellence. Some of his clients include renowned names like, Emami, JK Tyres, Future Group, Canvera Technologies, Vista Processed Foods etc.
