Dr. Anindita Banerjee
Anindita’s core passion is in helping people acknowledge, understand and work across differences. Over the years, she has worked with companies including IBM, Microsoft, Tata Motors, Unilever, Vodafone, Schaeffler, Syngenta, BASF, Merck, Johnson Control and L&T on various consulting & training assignments around D&I, change management and insighting.
Her academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Mathematics, Bachelor of education and an MBA. She did her PhD in cross cultural management from BITS-Pilani. She has been a visiting faculty at IIM-Calcutta. She has also taught undergraduate courses at the Symbiosis School of Liberal Arts on ‘Multicultural worldview’.
Anindita is a certified Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator and part of the core international team at the Cultural Intelligence Center. As the strategic partner of the Cultural Intelligence Center for South Asia, she leads implementation of Cultural Intelligence based projects for this region. Anindita is also a globally certified ZMET (Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique) interviewer. She has published articles in Business Standard (The Strategist), People Matters, and other renowned media vehicles.
